I'm not seeing my child's data after logging in
Make sure the mobile number you used to log in is the same one registered at your child's school. Contact the school office if it doesn't match.
I'm not receiving attendance notifications
Go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Micron School and make sure notifications are enabled. Also check that your school has SMS/app notifications activated.
The bus location isn't updating
Live tracking requires the school's transport manager to have the V Tracker device active on the bus. Contact your school if tracking appears offline.
Is the app available for iPhone?
The Android app is available now. iOS support is coming soon. In the meantime, parents on iPhone can access all features via the parent web portal.
